We're made to order only. If you place an order, we need about 2 weeks to make your order. Some jewelry even take more. The size of the order also count.

We will process your order once we receive 50% of total payment in to our bank account.
Payment done by bank transfer (TT or telegraphic transfer) is our prefered way but credit card, paypal and western union also possible.
If you visit our jewelry shop in Bali, you're welcome to pay with cash (USD, Euro or IDR)

The remaining payment is needed when order completed and packed

You're also welcome to use freight forwarder located in your country, ask if they have a branch office or an affiliate in Denpasar Bali, Indonesia.

Once you found your preferred cargo company, please ask them to visit and talk to us.
Once you feel comfortable in doing business with us, then please send your payment whether via your cargo company or directly to us.

For order less than US$ 2,000 it is recommended to simply transfer all payment (100%) in advance. This is to safe on bank transfer fee.
Remember that your bank charge you a some amount of money each time you made a transfer.
